The Grit & Great

The Grit and Great started off as a weekly challenge where we post an article highlighting the "Grit" and "Greats" experienced by an athlete. These athletes may be competitive elite athletes, collegiate athletes, youth athletes, or someone new to moving their body. Our goal for these articles is to demonstrate the hard work, motivation, and mental preparation it takes to be a "Grit and Great."
 We realized it should not just be done as a monthly challenge every November, but as often as possible! We would also like to hear from  you! If you have a story about your experience or someone you know and has demonstrated "The Grit and Great" send it our way and we will highlight you/them in a post!
